YOUTH 12-14U
Preparing for the 90′ field
In our Youth Training Program, players begin to incorporate weights, plyo balls, weighted bats, and cutting-edge technology for Data-Driven Development. We address growth spurts, evolving field sizes, and the need for efficient movement, ensuring that athleticism remains a key focus for success at this critical stage.
Our program offers the most comprehensive approach to development, covering all three phases: velocity, hitting, and performance. Plus, players gain facility access for additional development opportunities. This is our recommended program for Youth Millers and outside youth athletes looking to maximize their potential.
