Training programs & team practices
2x/week — throwing/pitching (bullpens, arm care, ramp up, velo work, pitch design), hitting, and recovery. Lifting/performance is with ETS.
Facility access: July – October
Free 3-pack of lessons (October – December)
Inaugural Season Bonus
All first-season Skeeters players receive a free 3-pack of lessons to use October through December.
