With all of our winter training athletes, we utilize assessment technology to create customized plans. Athletes receive measurable benchmarks for improvement in all development areas, data that coaches use to tailor programming to specific areas of improvement.
Players are grouped by position focus and age into consistent weekly schedules.
For additional focused position-and-skill development, ask your regional manager about signing up for our Sports Performance Add-On: 1 extra day per week of small-group training provided by Training HAUS for a complete week's worth of sports performance training. Performance add-ons are for athletes looking for a complete training program targeting baseball-specific speed, strength, and recovery.

Winter Training includes performance training in-facility with our official sports performance provider, Training HAUS. Players will receive personalized programs to work on speed, strength mobility, and recovery.

Facility Access
Players receive facility access as part of training to get additional work in or make-up a missed session. Player each receive a code for access to their regional facility and staff provides updates on best times to visit facilities to help families maximize their trips.
Players are responsible to leave the facility better than they found it. Players 16 and up are allowed without a parent.
