Program structure
ASSESS → IDENTIFY → TRAIN → DEVELOP → RETEST
With all of our winter training athletes, we utilize assessment technology to create customized plans. Athletes receive measurable benchmarks for improvement in all development areas, data that coaches use to tailor programming to specific areas of improvement.
Players are grouped by pitching group and position group into consistent 3-day/week schedules
For additional focused position-and-skill development, ask your regional manager about signing up for our Elite Add-Ons: 1 extra day per week of small-group training to help high-level players reach the next level. Hitting - Pitching - Catching options.

Pitching focused
Players have the choice to focus on pitching or position player throwing in their winter training program.
Use of Trackman, Rapsodo, Pitcher AI, Motus Sleeve, Force plates and Edgertronic all available to help pitchers with pitch design, spin control and attacking hitters
Customized programming based on assessments and goal of each athlete to manage their workload and timing for ProCase, showcases, testing and getting ready for the season.
Plyo balls, bands, waterbags and video will be used to maximize players’ mechanics and movements to be as efficient as possible down the mound
Live at-bats are incorporated towards the end of the training program as players get ready for the season
Players work with elite pitching coaches to work through: Efficient velocity, proper pitching mechanics, pitch design, command, arm care, arm health, and individualized development based on data

position Throwing focused
Players have the choice to focus on pitching or position player throwing in winter training. Athletes wanting to focus on position-player throwing will work on position-specific throws with more efficiency and velocity.
Plyo balls, cuff weights, weighted balls, bands, water bags and more are utilized to help with arm path and strengthen both small and big muscles to help the arm more efficiently as well as maintain good arm health through recovery protocols.
Athletes work with position-throwing coaches on their: Arm strength, throwing velocity,
efficient throwing mechanics, different arm angles, arm care, and arm health and durabilityHybrid, High-Intent and Recovery days are used to help players with their workload and arm care as they ramp up towards the season.

Hitting Program
The P2P Hitting Program provides customized programs for players to address specific needs and attack goals for the off-season.
Our experienced hitting staff uses Trackman, HitTrax, Rapsodo, and Blast to analyze and provide feedback on players' swings, power, contact %, exit velocity, and more.
Live at-bats are incorporated into the program with the pitching program towards the end of the season as players get ready for the season
Machines, weighted balls, weighted bats, and live BP are all leveraged to address and help players through the development of the swing

Lifting and Performance
Winter Training includes performance training in-facility and remotely to players through Connected Performance. Players will receive personalized programs to work on speed, strength and mobility.
All players go through an initial assessment to target and address needs throughout programming. Using our evaluation tech, instructors tailor programs for each athlete to reach their goals. At the beginning and end of programs, athletes receive metrics on performance.
Facility Access
Players receive facility access as part of training to get additional work in or make-up a missed session. Player each receive a code for access to their regional facility and staff provides updates on best times to visit facilities to help families maximize their trips.
Players are responsible to leave the facility better than they found it. Players 16 and up are allowed without a parent.
