Proteus Performance Program
Every athlete gets a custom lifting program built around their individual Proteus assessment. Proteus measures what your body is actually capable of handling, then builds a program to close the gap. For pitchers — if you're throwing 85 but your body has the capacity for 88, the program is designed to help get you there. If you're throwing 88 but your body can only handle 85, you're carrying real injury risk — and the program works to bring your capacity in line. Same idea on the hitting side — if your exit velo should be 90 based on your physical output but you're sitting at 85, there's a gap to close. Players are given the program and follow it wherever they lift. P2P is one of the only facilities in the Midwest — and among a handful in the country — using Proteus with high school athletes at this level.
