CJ Woodrow is the President and CEO of Pitch 2 Pitch, where he leads the organization’s overall vision, growth, and player development philosophy. With a passion for building complete athletes, CJ has helped establish P2P as a premier training environment focused on long-term development, high-level instruction, and opportunities for players at every stage.

Danny Larson is the Chief Operating Officer at Pitch 2 Pitch, overseeing all operations and player development. He leads the P2P Network Club team programs and recruiting efforts, working closely with athletes and families to develop players and guide them through the college recruiting process. Danny’s background includes collegiate coaching at NIACC and Iowa Central—where his teams consistently ranked among the nation’s best offensively—and professional experience with the Milwaukee Brewers. His experience across all levels allows him to bridge development and performance to help athletes reach the next level.
